Shipping & Delivery
Due to the unique nature of LoveID products, some products may need to be manufactured to order. Where this occurs, the estimated delivery time will be listed with the product details.
Otherwise, all other products are usually processed within 3 business days and shipped via local postage methods. Most deliveries should occur within 5-10 days unless you are in a remote location or location where we currently do not have a local distributor. In this instance, there maybe an additional delay in international postage. We expect that any deliveries in these circumstances would arrive within 1-2 weeks. Where this is obvious it will be the case, we will attempt to inform you.
NOTE: for free items shipped without cost to the end user OR items of significant cost, we reserve the right to not ship product when an address cannot be verified or the user is not verified. In this case we may request that you complete a minimum score on our Verification system &/or provide proof of shipping address before we ship. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Refunds & Returns - Subscriptions & Store Products
Where specified, paid subscriptions are entitled to a 30 day money back guarantee. Notification of the cancellation request must be made via the form on the Contact Us page within the 30 days of the payment acceptance date. Any products supplied as part of the subscription must be returned no more 15 days after the 30 day expiry date.
All products approved for return must be sent to the mailing address listed on the About Us page. All products must be returned in a as new, saleable condition, including any packaging, bar codes and the like. The does not extend to the shipping envelope or carton. Goods must be shipped in such a way so as they are not damaged in transit. Return postage/shipping is the responsibilty of the purchaser.
Please allow 30 days from receipt of your returned product or refund request for validation and processing.
By requesting a refund, you agree that you may lose entitlement to use the LoveID number assigned to you for that product(s) and that this number maybe allocated to another member. We will remove any record of this number on your profile. This will not affect any existing friend connections you have made and they will be maintained.
Where products are returned as faulty within the defined warranty period of that product, they will be replaced free of charge subject to inspection and recognition of a fault situation. We will attempt to process these replacements within 30 days of receipt assuming stock availabilty. Where identical stock is unavailable in this time frame, an alternative maybe supplied or recommended or a refund maybe offered.
